Shipping policy

-Each piece is packaged with care using polyfill, bubble wrap, and packing pellets where necessary, within a box and then a post pack. 

-Items shipped via Australia Post with a tracking number. If you require parcel insurance or express postage please contact me to calculate the extra costs. 

-Your country's duty/import/customs taxes are not my responsibility. It is up to you to research and contact your customs office for more information. If a sculpture becomes held in your customs office, the charges associated are your responsibility. I cannot be held responsible for these charges.

-Customs and import taxes are often collected when you pick up a parcel from your post office. Please do not confuse this as an extra postal cost or charge from me.
